DELIVERY

Every order is tracked to the door.

DISPATCH

Orders are dispatched within one business day. Orders placed on
weekends or public holidays go out the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME

Five to ten business days from dispatch.

COST

Australia
$9.95 flat rate, or free on orders over $75.
Every postcode, including regional and remote addresses.

New Zealand
Free on every order, rural delivery addresses included.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders ship duty paid. There is nothing to pay on arrival. The total
you see at checkout is the total you pay.

TRACKING

A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. If ten
business days have passed and tracking has not moved, email
info@hardlighteyewear.com with your order number and we will chase
it with the carrier.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we resend it free of
charge. You do not need to claim against the carrier yourself.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us
because the address was incomplete, we will contact you to arrange
redelivery.
