within one business day. If you have ordered and something is
wrong, put your order number in the subject line and it gets to
the right person faster.

WHAT TO CONTACT US ABOUT

Order not arrived, or tracking has not moved for more than ten
business days.
Something arrived damaged or faulty. Send a photo with your order
number and we will resend free of charge.
You want to return or exchange. Thirty days, worn or unworn. See
the Fair Go Guarantee in our return and refund policy.
Anything else at all. If you are not sure, email us anyway.
